Manager, Data Annotation Operations / Emerging Technology Enablement (ETE)
About the role
Capital One Philippines Service Corp is hiring a Manager to strategize for its Data Annotation Operations / Emerging Technology Enablement sub-function, implementing policies and identifying opportunity areas for sub-functional efficiency. The role holder leads a team of managers/professionals and requires a solid understanding of labelling and annotation programs, including AI and ML workflows. The role is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City with a hybrid, night-shift schedule.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement an annual strategic plan for the sub-function, including budget and service improvement
- Provide periodic performance data to leadership by analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends and inspecting data accuracy on team reporting
- Conduct scheduled and random audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Identify opportunity areas and implement strategies with stakeholders to improve process and service delivery
- Provide sub-functional leadership to a team of managers/professionals, including hiring/termination, scheduling, mentoring, and performance review
- Maintain collaborative partnerships across HR, Ops Desk, CRE, and other functions to support service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 5 years of relevant experience in leading and managing a team
- Solid functional understanding of labelling / annotation programs, data and machine learning
- Strong analytical skills for decision-making
- Results orientation with a bias for action, versatility, and adaptability
- Solid experience working in the Financial Services industry
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup in Alabang, Muntinlupa City on a night shift schedule
