Legal Analyst - AI
About the role
Translate regulations into AI rule logic and help deploy Haast's enterprise LLM for legal and compliance teams. Remote in the Philippines, US Eastern hours. For a lawyer or LPO analyst who wants to shape agentic compliance automation.
What you'll do
- Analyse and translate regulatory and policy frameworks into enforceable AI rule logic
- Help deploy enterprise-grade LLM solutions for new and existing clients
- Create and refine onboarding resources that boost client productivity
- Conduct targeted legal research to shape AI capabilities and maintain accuracy
- Share customer insights to influence product roadmaps and AI model development
- Track and analyse AI performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Legal degree required: LLB or JD (bar admission is a significant plus)
- 2–5+ years of experience in legal practice, compliance, or legal process outsourcing (LPO)
- Exceptional legal research skills with the ability to codify complex regulations into logical steps
- Flawless written and verbal English skills, with a collaborative, client-first mindset
- Ability to work remotely on US ET hours with a reliable high-speed connection and quiet workspace
