AI Product Analyst/Engineer to drive the next iteration of an AI-powered customer response system that automates quote generation for equipment enquiries.

What you'll do

• Drive the next iteration of an AI-powered customer response system that automates quote generation for equipment enquiries.
• Improve the system's intelligence over time on availability, pricing, and customer context.
• Work a Monday–Friday 7:00AM–4:00PM PHT schedule with 3x per week onsite.

Requirements

• Experience improving AI-powered customer-response or quote-generation systems.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Power Platform in a hybrid PH setup.
• Ability to make an AI system smarter about availability, pricing, and customer context.
