What you'll do

• Compare model outputs against a written rubric and record structured preference judgments
• Write concise rationale notes justifying each ranking
• Identify unsafe, biased, or low-quality model outputs and flag them
• Maintain consistency with gold-standard calibration sets

Requirements

• English and Filipino
• Onsite in Manila
• No AI background required
• Hourly contract
