Validator
About the role
GIG Rewards is looking for detail-oriented Filipinos to join its quality control team as Validators. As a Validator, you won't be recording videos or narrating tasks. You'll be reviewing AI quest submissions (POV videos and narrations): checking whether they meet guidelines, follow the correct format, and are ready to be delivered to GIG's AI clients. Your judgment is what keeps the data clean. And clean data is what gets GIG users paid faster. This is remote, flexible work done through a dedicated internal review tool.
What you'll do
- Review AI quest submissions through GIG's internal validation tool: POV Videos, Voice Over Narrations, and POV Videos with Narration
- Assess each submission against quality guidelines:
- POV Videos: video framing, video quality, task completion
- Narrations: narration structure, audio quality, task completion
- Approve submissions that meet the required standard
- Flag or reject submissions that don't meet guidelines, with clear notes on why
- Maintain consistent review quality across all assigned submissions
- Stay updated on guideline changes as client requirements evolve
- A 2-week trial to serve as training as a validator
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Can follow instructions
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong attention to detail: able to catch inconsistencies in video framing and quality, narration structure and audio quality, and task execution
- Able to commit to a consistent number of review hours per week
