Remote AI Trainer: CLI Scenarios & Benchmark Tasks
About the role
EBIT Co., Ltd. collaborates with leading global technology companies on AI training and evaluation projects. We are recruiting software developers and engineers to contribute to remote coding projects that create realistic CLI agent data for AI evaluation and benchmarking. You may work on CLI task creation, prompt design, workflow development, and technical scenario writing, with compensation varying by project and task complexity.
What you'll do
- Create realistic CLI-based tasks, prompts, and workflows for AI evaluation.
- Design end-to-end command-line scenarios based on practical software engineering use cases.
- Develop structured technical data reflecting real-world terminal workflows.
- Write clear and realistic task instructions for CLI agents.
- Evaluate task quality for realism, technical accuracy, workflow coherence, and usability.
- Support AI benchmarking by creating high-quality command-line agent evaluation data.
Requirements
- Comfortable with coding concepts and software development fundamentals.
- Familiar with terminal (CLI) environments and command-line workflows.
- Ability to design realistic technical tasks based on practical software engineering scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly in written English.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
