About the role
Ebit Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Trainer to join our Voice Project team for a part-time remote position. You'll play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Tagalog-language voice AI system, contributing to cutting-edge technology in the education and training industry.
What you'll do
- Collect, curate, and annotate high-quality audio samples to train and improve our Tagalog-language voice AI models
- Provide feedback and insights to the engineering team to enhance the accuracy and naturalness of the AI voice output
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the AI models align with educational and pedagogical best practices
- Conduct quality assurance tests and validate the performance of the AI voice system
- Document processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of training workflows
Requirements
- Fluency in the Tagalog language, with excellent speaking and pronunciation skills
- Experience in voice data collection, annotation, or voice assistant training
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
- Familiarity with educational content development or language learning technology
- Proficiency in using audio editing and data annotation tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
