About the role
One-week ($400 fixed) BookingKoala + GoHighLevel build for Eco Envy Homecare: bathroom pricing and dispatch on BookingKoala, a scored GHL recruitment funnel, GHL Voice AI receptionist for inbound calls and SMS quote links, webhook sync, and review-gating SMS. Loom walkthrough at the end.
What you'll do
- Set up BookingKoala 0.5-increment bathroom pricing, add-ons, ZIP dispatch territories, client vacuum notices, provider completion photo checklists, and test accounts.
- Build a GHL 2-step recruitment funnel: prequalification form, scored Eco/Behavioral Quiz, auto-reject below 80%, calendar redirect for passers.
- Configure GHL native Voice AI to answer inbound calls 24/7, handle basic FAQs, SMS quote/booking links, and missed-call text-back.
- Sync BookingKoala bookings to GHL CRM pipelines and send automated “Cleaner On The Way” texts with name and photo link.
- Configure post-job SMS review gating (4–5 stars to Google Reviews; 1–3 stars to an internal form).
- Deliver a final Loom walkthrough within 6–8 business days.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with BookingKoala setup and webhooks.
- Advanced expertise in GoHighLevel forms, surveys, conditional funnel logic, workflows, and Voice AI configuration.
- Able to deliver within 6 to 8 business days and provide a final Loom walkthrough video.
