Project Manager
About the role
Onsite Pasig project manager leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI and data projects, including annotator teams, QA, and operational KPIs at Thoth AI.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI and data projects against timeline, quality, and operational targets.
- Plan resources and watch productivity, quality, and turnaround-time KPIs.
- Run QA processes including calibration, performance reviews, and retraining.
- Lead Team Leads, QA Reviewers, and Annotators.
- Partner with clients on updates and operational issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience on large-scale data, AI, or technology projects in a BPO or operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, data science, psychology, linguistics, project management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of KPI-driven operations.
- Onsite in Pasig.
