AI Search Quality Analyst
About the role
Everglow AI is hiring an AI Search Quality Analyst in Pasig City to evaluate and annotate digital content that trains and improves its search and recommendation systems. The role centers on validating AI-generated outputs and maintaining data quality against established annotation guidelines — work that directly feeds the machine learning models powering search and content discovery.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and annotate digital content to improve the relevance, accuracy, and quality of search and recommendation systems.
- Assess content against user intent, categorize information, and identify patterns and trends.
- Validate AI-generated outputs and ensure data quality through established annotation guidelines.
- Work directly supports machine learning models that power search experiences and content discovery.
Requirements
- Senior High School graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational and pattern-recognition skills.
- Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently; comfortable with repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency; willing to work in an onsite environment.
- Preferred: prior experience in image annotation, data labeling, AI training, or content moderation.
