About the role

Everglow AI is hiring a Content Evaluation Specialist in Pasig City to review and evaluate digital content that improves the accuracy and relevance of its search and recommendation systems. The role involves validating AI-generated outputs and maintaining data quality to help enhance the machine learning models behind the company's products.

What you'll do

• Review and evaluate digital content to improve the accuracy and relevance of search and recommendation systems.
• Analyze content and validate AI-generated outputs against established quality standards.
• Help enhance the machine learning models that deliver better user search and content experiences.

Requirements

• Senior High School graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational and pattern-recognition skills.
• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently; comfortable with repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency; willing to work in an onsite environment.
• Preferred: prior experience in image annotation, data labeling, AI training, or content moderation.
