Data Onboarding Specialist — AI-Driven Pricing & Commission Data (Full-Time, Long-Term)

About the role

Flow is hiring one full-time person to own AI-first onboarding of messy manufacturer pricing and commission data.

What you'll do

• Take raw manufacturer Excel/PDF pricing and commission files and work out their real structure
• Run our AI pipeline to transform them — prompt, review, correct, re-run
• Build a reusable template per manufacturer so the next file loads itself
• Validate every load against the source so commission totals tie
• Work directly with clients on calls and run several onboardings at once

Requirements

• A real data background — migrations, ETL, data operations, or analyst work
• Strong Excel
• You use AI every day — this role is AI-first
• Clear spoken and written English, comfortable on a call with a US business owner
• Must send a Loom video about why you are applying
