About the role
Part-time remote role at Growthzilla producing paid ads built around AI avatars, AI voiceovers, and formats that do not need a founder on camera. The plan is to move the right person to full time as the workload grows.
What you'll do
- Create AI-driven paid ads from concept to final cut: AI avatars, AI voiceovers, AI b-roll and motion graphics.
- Produce ads in the style each client already runs, studying their ad library and competitors.
- Cut attention-grabbing hooks that keep viewers watching until the CTA.
- Turn copy from the agency's copywriters and strategists into ads.
- Use performance data and winning ads to improve the next round of creatives.
- Stay on top of HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, and newer tools.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with AI editing tools and AI avatars. Higgsfield, HeyGen, Synthesia, or Captions AI, plus ElevenLabs or equivalent.
- Highly proficient in at least one of Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience editing paid ads and an understanding of direct-response creative.
- A strong grasp of paid ad structure: hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, and direct-response storytelling.
- Some overlap with US and Europe time zones.
- A portfolio of ads or AI content, plus a 5-minute Loom, is required to apply.
