About the role

A growth-operator role whose first gate is a paid test: recreate a hyperrealistic AI short with a model the client chooses, then produce ongoing fashion and product videos.

What you'll do

• Create photorealistic AI-generated people, models, characters, and environments.
• Keep facial features, clothing, and character identity consistent across scenes.
• Produce natural human movement, expressions, and lip-sync when required.
• Create cinematic fashion campaigns, product commercials, and promotional content.
• Develop reusable AI characters for ongoing advertising.

Requirements

• Able to create extremely realistic, cinematic AI-generated videos that look like filmed footage.
• Willing to complete a recreation test on a model the client chooses.
• Resourceful enough to choose the AI tools and workflows.
• Passionate about hyperrealistic video, editing, and paid advertising.
