Operations Coordinator & EA - AI & Technology Focused
About the role
This role has two parts. First, broad EA support, owner support, team coordination, admin, and research. Second, full ownership of the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, not executing someone else's content calendar, but deciding the strategy, creating the content, and being accountable for the results. This is not an operations manager or policy owner role for the EA side of the work, that half is research, drafting, coordinating, and assisting, with the owner or a senior team member making final calls on anything strategic, financial, or policy related. The social media side is the opposite: this person owns it.
