AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Permanent WFH AI Automation Specialist designing end-to-end n8n workflows that integrate Claude, Gemini, Google AI Studio, and agentic code for internal operations.

What you'll do

• Design, build, implement, test, and maintain comprehensive automation workflows using n8n
• Integrate APIs and applications including n8n, Google Workspace, Calendly, Twilio, and Salesforce
• Collaborate so AI agent flows across marketing, operations, and leadership perform as expected
• Troubleshoot, debug, monitor, and analyze performance for reliability and scalability
• Create and maintain clear documentation for workflows and automation projects

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience as an AI Automation Specialist (n8n, Claude, Google AI Studio)
• Deep knowledge of n8n advanced features, error handling, and custom node development
• Strong expertise in API integration (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks)
• Proficiency in integrating Google Workspace, Claude, and agentic applications
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
