About the role

AI Product Manager for SAGE, Home Credit Philippines' in-house speech analytics platform that turns call recordings into transcripts, quality scores, coaching feedback, and business insights. Location Taguig.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap and delivery of SAGE and the QA web app
• Own the accuracy of the AI evaluations and the Databricks pipelines behind them
• Drive adoption of SAGE insights across Collections, Telesales, and Operations
• Grow SAGE from per-agent coaching into department-level business intelligence

Requirements

• Product management of an AI speech-analytics platform
• Comfortable with evaluation accuracy and data pipelines
• Based in Taguig
