Product Manager - B2B SaaS & AI
About the role
Wing Assistant is hiring a hands-on Product Manager in the Philippines to own B2B SaaS and AI products end to end — from customer problem through specs, prototypes, and launch.
What you'll do
- Drive products from customer problem identification through product decision-making to detailed specifications and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Write highly detailed engineering-ready specifications that cover edge cases, failure states, data constraints, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
- Rapidly prototype using tools such as Figma, Claude, Lovable, or similar to visualize product features.
- Read and interpret API documentation and reason about data models, integrations, OAuth, webhooks, and system constraints.
- Conduct personal QA on delivered features and products.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and make informed prioritization decisions.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to ship products from inception to market, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in writing detailed specifications and QA processes.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Claude, or similar.
- Technical fluency in reading API documentation and understanding system integrations.
- Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and engage with cross-functional teams.
