About the role
HumanSignal Labs matches contributors to paid AI-training projects: scoring model responses, labeling image/video/audio/text data, and writing expert reviews for AI teams. Rates are shown before work starts, work is remote-first, and payout is weekly. Contributors create a profile, verify identity, and get matched to eligible projects based on skills, language, and location.
What you'll do
- AI response evaluator track: compare model responses and score for accuracy, helpfulness, safety, and tone — $22-$45/hr
- Data collection contributor track: capture, upload, and structure text, image, audio, video, or sensor data — $15-$35/hr
- Domain expert reviewer track: bring subject-matter knowledge (medicine, law, finance, engineering, research) — $60-$180/hr
- Remote-first, projects available in 100+ countries per the site
- Weekly payout cadence; rates shown before eligible work begins
Requirements
- Create a contributor account (email + password) and complete email verification
- Add skills, languages, domains, and availability to your profile
- Complete required identity verification before paid work begins
- Some projects require a skill screen, calibration task, or credential review
- Careful judgment, strong communication, and ability to follow detailed guidelines
