About the role

iMerit is hiring a Strategic Program Lead in the Philippines to run research-intensive GenAI data programs for frontier AI labs. The role sits between research intent and scalable annotation execution.

What you'll do

• Lead research-intensive GenAI data programs for frontier AI labs
• Translate evolving research hypotheses into scalable execution workflows
• Drive signal quality over raw volume and run experiment-cycle delivery
• Partner with Research PMs, Safety Teams, and Evaluation Leads
• Maintain delivery control when rubrics and objectives change quickly

Requirements

• Experience leading AI data, annotation, or evaluation programs
• Comfort operating in high-ambiguity research-driven delivery
• Ability to partner with frontier-lab research and safety teams
