Virtual Assistant (AI Chat Automation)

About the role

An entrepreneur who owns a car rental company for rideshare and delivery drivers, residential homes for adults with disabilities, and an Amazon FBA business needs a part-time assistant. The two biggest responsibilities are building AI chat automations and managing projects. The work changes day to day across those businesses. The person is also the point of contact between the operator and other people on the work. Requirements: hands-on experience building chatbots and automations in ManyChat or a similar platform; experience managing multiple projects; experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI tools, including visual materials.

What you'll do

• Build AI chat automations in ManyChat.
• Manage projects across the operator's businesses.
• Use Claude or ChatGPT for deliverables, including visual materials.
• Act as the point of contact between the operator and other people on the work.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building chatbots and automations in ManyChat or a similar AI chat platform.
• Experience managing multiple projects with Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI tools.
