AI Utilization Expert (Claude & ChatGPT)

About the role

AI Utilization Expert to support a group of executives with a variety of business requests. You won't need deep subject-matter expertise in every area.

What you'll do

• Prompt, direct, and combine Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools for executive requests.
• Run construction plans through AI tools to support value engineering.
• Turn a creative concept into AI-generated images for social media.
• Use AI to build a construction schedule.

Requirements

• One year of documented, verifiable AI utilization experience, with a portfolio or work samples.
• Able to work independently and turn loosely defined requests into AI prompts and deliverables.
• Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus but not required.
