About the role

ING Hubs PH lead who owns the Wholesale Banking AI/GenAI roadmap, Copilot Studio developers, and responsible-AI governance.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the AI and GenAI roadmap
• Lead end-to-end AI delivery and use-case prioritization
• Drive AI governance and compliance
• Lead AI adoption and training programs
• Lead AI Analysts and Copilot Studio Developers

Requirements

• 7+ years in AI, automation or digital transformation
• Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI governance
• Experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills
• Banking, shared services or BPO experience preferred
