AI Data Training & Quality Manager

About the role

Innodata wants a technical training and quality manager to design training and QA for teams labeling, evaluating, and producing AI training data.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver technical training for annotators, reviewers, and QA staff on AI/ML data labeling tools, guidelines, and workflows.
• Create onboarding curricula, training manuals, job aids, and certification programs, and update them as guidelines and models change.
• Run train-the-trainer sessions and track effectiveness through assessments, pilot tests, and performance data.
• Define quality standards, rubrics, and scoring guidelines for data annotation and labeling tasks, and implement QA frameworks.

Requirements

• Lead training design and quality assurance for AI data annotation, labeling, evaluation, or model-training data pipelines.
• Bridge ML/AI team requirements and annotator/reviewer operations.
• Able to scale training across shifts, sites, and regions.
