Lead Instructor: GenAI
About the role
Join Correlation One's Expert Network as a GenAI Lead Instructor, delivering training sessions and workshops on generative AI to businesses, professionals, and technical audiences. You'll teach prompt engineering, AI assistants, and real-world GenAI business applications using Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar tools. This is a contractor role with a typical commitment of 3–5 hours per week across programs of 5–10 weeks — part of a bench of talent activated for programs running throughout the year.
What you'll do
- Lead live training sessions on GenAI for Correlation One's enterprise and government clients, covering prompt engineering, AI assistants, AI agents, and applying GenAI to business use cases
- Collaborate with Correlation One's internal team to provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and training resources
- Guide and support program participants — from business executives and non-technical professionals to technical enthusiasts — fostering a collaborative learning environment
- Act as subject matter expert on GenAI, contributing insights and expertise to internal discussions, projects, and client-facing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, applications, and prompt engineering — with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas in simple terms
- Extensive hands-on experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, and/or other AI tools; proven track record applying GenAI to professional business settings
- Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or training with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences including business executives, non-technical professionals, and decision-makers
