About the role

LTMG is hiring a B2B sales associate to sell AI voice agents to small businesses through outbound calls.

What you'll do

• Make outbound cold calls to small business owners
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs
• Present our AI voice agent solutions
• Handle objections and follow up with prospects
• Convert qualified opportunities into customers
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups

Requirements

• B2B sales, cold calling, telesales, or appointment-setting experience
• Strong spoken English and communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
