AI Agent Developer

About the role

MedVirtual wants an AI Agent Developer in the Philippines to build production-grade autonomous agents, RAG architectures, and multi-agent workflows — not prototypes.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents, not just prototypes
• Design RAG architectures backed by vector databases
• Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows and agentic systems
• Integrate LLMs via API and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Own AI governance, model lifecycle, guardrails, and content filtering

Requirements

• Experience building production autonomous agents
• Hands-on RAG, vector databases, and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI)
• Able to implement MCP and AI safety controls
