LLM Engineer / Prompt Engineer
About the role
Remote LLM / Prompt Engineer at MicroSourcing Philippines. Design prompts and workflows for LLM applications, build chatbots and copilots, evaluate outputs, and integrate RAG into production systems.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts and workflows for LLM applications
- Build and maintain AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation systems
- Evaluate model outputs and implement strategies to improve accuracy, relevance, and safety
- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate LLM capabilities into production systems
- Experiment with model tuning approaches, RAG, and prompt engineering techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or NLP-related roles
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI models, open-source LLMs, or similar)
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles and model evaluation techniques
