About the role
AI Scientist entrepreneur-in-residence who embeds with Molecule's founding team, ships an autonomous scientific-agent fleet against a disease area, then scales more fleets.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and iterate autonomous scientific-agent fleets against a real disease area.
- Cover literature mining, target identification, molecular design, assay design, and data analysis.
- Ship the first fleet to production during a four-week on-site residency with the founding team.
- Scale additional fleets and disease areas after the residency.
Requirements
- Ability to architect and operate scientific AI agents, not only run a handed research roadmap.
- Willingness to live on-site with the founding team for the first four weeks.
- Comfort owning target selection, infrastructure, and scientific output that moves IP forward.
