AI Product Manager

About the role

MSPbots is hiring an AI Product Manager to turn LLMs and agentic workflows into the product suite, including pricing tied to AI-automated outcomes.

What you'll do

• Design and implement usage-based pricing, credit systems, or value-based billing tied to AI-automated outcomes
• Keep competitive intelligence on what incumbents and startups ship for AI triage, QA, and automation
• Drive the narrative, define the ICP, and position the ROI of AI over headcount
• Choose frontier models versus fine-tuned small language models for MSP tasks
• Shift the product from simple chatbots to autonomous agentic workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of AI/SaaS product management experience
• Shipped at least one product powered by LLMs, RAG, or agentic frameworks
• Understands CAC, LTV, and churn
• Understands tokens, embeddings, and prompt engineering
