Forward Deployed AI Engineer

About the role

Build Claude skills, workflows, and MCP integrations so Dutch client teams can hand real tasks to AI, and join the client sessions where those builds are tested.

What you'll do

• Build Claude skills, workflows and MCP integrations, based on task audits with the client
• Join client sessions: task audits, baselines and feedback rounds, together with the Dutch product owner
• Test and improve what you built until it saves the client real time
• Run up to 5 Work with AI programs at once

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, and a good feel for prompting
• Enough technical understanding to set up integrations and automations (a development background is a plus, not a must)
• A structured way of working and basic project management skills
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal, and comfortable in client meetings
