Full-Stack AI Architect
About the role
NeoWork is hiring a Full-Stack AI Architect in the Philippines to own partner AI-native client systems end-to-end: architecture, production code, deployment, and iteration. You take ambiguous problems from the founder, design for agentic platforms and MCP-based tools, and ship working systems rather than proofs of concept.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI-native systems end-to-end, from architecture through production
- Write production code in Node.js and Python, and build interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Take ambiguous problems from the founder and architect the solution without waiting for fully scoped tickets
- Design for flexibility on agentic operating platforms and internal MCP-based knowledge tools
- Own the technical decisions that determine whether clients get real value or a proof of concept that never ships
Requirements
- 8+ years of strong full-stack experience with Node.js, Python, React, and TypeScript
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure, with solid CI/CD fundamentals
- Real production experience with LLM tool-use, agent runtimes, or MCP-style patterns
- Experience in small teams or startup environments where you owned the full stack
- Comfort with ambiguity; you move without waiting for perfect requirements
- Willingness to push back when an approach does not make sense
