About the role

The role leads growth from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews through answer-engine and generative-engine optimization.

What you'll do

• Lead the growth and user acquisition strategy for the answer engine optimization channel.
• Optimize client websites so AI agents can access and take action on behalf of users.
• Integrate AI capabilities to improve search and answer engine channels.
• Deliver regular reports on channel performance and new opportunities.
• Partner with content, engineering, and data analytics teams on a testing roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years creating and executing search strategies, with direct experience in answer engine optimization and generative engine optimization.
• Experience analyzing data in dashboards such as Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
• Experience applying user intent analysis to prioritize actions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
• Experience leading project roadmaps across engineering and content teams.
