Build and operate the technical foundation for company-wide automation and AI, including API/webhook integrations and cross-system record mappings.

What you'll do

• Build and operate the technical foundation for company-wide automation and AI, including integrations
• Connect third-party platforms through APIs and webhooks as the default integration approach
• Define and maintain cross-system record mappings, field ownership, sync direction, and reliable identity
• Design and maintain automation workflows that keep data consistent across tools
• Troubleshoot integration failures and production automation issues

Requirements

• Professional experience building automations and API integrations
• Experience with webhooks, REST APIs, and identity/record mapping across systems
• Comfort working with AI-assisted workflows and production automation
• Strong written English and ability to document technical decisions
