AI Automation Engineer

About the role

A small automation studio is hiring an engineer to build API integrations and AI workflows where an LLM proposes, a human approves, and every AI call has a budget cap.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain automations and API integrations (webhooks, OAuth, ad platforms, CRMs, email, messaging)
• Build AI workflows with LLM APIs where the system proposes, a human approves, and every AI call has a budget cap
• Make solutions configurable per client so a new client means new configuration, not new code
• Monitor jobs and logs, and fix failures before the client notices

Requirements

• Able to build API integrations with webhooks and OAuth
• Comfortable building AI workflows on LLM APIs with a human approval step
• Able to document each solution so someone else can run it
