AI Automation Lead (Claude Code)

About the role

Fast-growing tech company of AI automation specialists inside US businesses. We're building a brand-new team in Manila and need someone to head up a new office.

What you'll do

• Building, managing and growing a new team of AI automation specialists
• Reviewing and signing off all work before it goes live on client systems
• Creating our video training course for all new specialists to go through, from onboarding through to client delivery
• Running ongoing training as tools and methods change
• Setting the standards, processes and quality bar for the whole team

Requirements

• Based in Manila (physical location)
• Very fluent English. You'll deal with clients and senior stakeholders and have direct communication with the founder based in Dubai.
• Deep, hands-on Claude Code experience
• Strong IT or software background
• Confident linking APIs and MCPs together with Claude
• Experience leading or mentoring a technical team
• Able to explain technical work simply, on camera and in person
• Able to work [UK/US] business hours
