AI Chief of Staff — Build and Run AI Systems Alongside the Principa

About the role

Daily partnership with an Australian CPA principal (UTC+8) to build and operate Claude Code and Grok agent teams for a CFO advisory firm, a migration agency, and a personal operating system — then teach the principal to extend the systems.

What you'll do

• Build agent teams in Claude Code and Grok and set up the automations around them.
• Pair one to two hours most mornings (UTC+8) and carry the work forward during the day.
• Build agent teams for CFO advisory (bookkeeping review, month-end packs, correspondence) and a migration agency (enquiry handling, checklists, case prep).
• Build a personal operating system for calendar, email, task and knowledge management.
• Document everything and teach the principal so they can extend and run the systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on with Claude Code (subagents, CLAUDE.md, skill files, MCP) and at least one other frontier model platform (Grok, OpenAI or Gemini); show working systems you have built.
• Python or TypeScript to a working standard; Git daily; comfortable with APIs, OAuth and webhooks.
• Able to explain a technical decision to a smart non-engineer, live, without jargon.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable on a daily video or voice call.
• Available Mon–Fri during UTC+8 business hours; reliable internet and backup power.
