AI Marketing & Automation VA

About the role

AI-focused VA building GHL, Vapi, and n8n automations plus marketing campaigns. Full-time remote PH, US Eastern hours. Not basic data-entry.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and business automations.
• Integrate AI with CRM, voice, email, SMS, and marketing platforms.
• Build GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and nurture sequences.
• Build and manage inbound/outbound Vapi AI voice agents.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong practical AI and automation skills; GHL experience strongly preferred.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and professional workspace.
• Available approximately 9 AM-5 PM Eastern Time (PH graveyard).
