About the role

Long-term partner to develop and produce high-quality Meta video ads for a premium physical B2B product. The work is performance creative plus production: concepts, hooks, and finished ads that keep the real product accurate across shots using AI video/image generation, CGI/3D, compositing, and editing. Portfolio of product-focused video ads required.

What you'll do

• Develop original Meta ad concepts and creative angles.
• Create realistic, premium video advertisements that present a physical product accurately across scenes and camera angles.
• Maintain consistent product proportions, dimensions, details, and appearance.
• Use a mix of AI video generation, AI image generation, CGI/3D, compositing, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Create multiple variations for ongoing Meta creative testing.
• Take concepts from idea to storyboard, production, and finished ad.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Meta advertising, performance creative, B2B marketing, and premium/luxury positioning.
• Comfortable keeping a physical product accurate across AI-generated shots (the post calls out shape/proportion drift as a fail).
• Can propose testable concepts rather than waiting to be told exactly which video to make.
• Portfolio with 3 to 5 product-focused video ads, including Meta/Facebook/Instagram examples.
• At least one example showing consistent product appearance across multiple AI-generated shots, if available.
• Experience with real estate, property management, hospitality, architecture, construction, automotive, luxury products, or other B2B industries is a major plus.
