About the role

Lead implementation of AI-driven processes across sales, customer service, inventory, marketing, and operations, and build the company's next-generation AI operating system for lifestyle brands.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation of AI-driven business processes across sales, customer service, inventory planning, marketing, and operations
• Build and manage the company's internal AI knowledge platform
• Integrate AI tools with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and inventory systems
• Deploy AI solutions for customer service, demand forecasting, marketing, and reporting

Requirements

• Experience with MYOB Acumatica
• Experience with Shopify or eCommerce platforms
• Experience with Power BI or advanced reporting tools
