Sr AI/ML Engineer

About the role

This Sr AI/ML Engineer designs, architects, and delivers scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise initiatives, including NLP, RAG, OCR, and machine learning applications deployed across cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Design, architect, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions supporting enterprise business initiatives.
• Build and maintain NLP, RAG, OCR, and machine learning applications.
• Deploy and manage AI models across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Business teams to develop innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews and code quality standards.
• Implement secure, scalable, and highly available AI systems following industry best practices.
• Drive modernization efforts through AI automation, intelligent document processing, and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• At least 2nd Year College Undergraduate with relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or other related technology programs.
• 6+ years of AI/ML Engineering experience (Strong Sr. Machine Learning experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• 2+ years of experience working with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• 3+ years of experience deploying and managing ML models using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing cloud-native AI/ML services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or GCP AI Platform.
• Proven experience in model training, model deployment, performance monitoring, and MLOps best practices.
