AI Software Engineer
About the role
Mid-level AI Software Engineer for Outsourced Pro Global: design, build, and maintain internal platforms and AI-native products using LLMs and agents. Remote Philippines, Sydney day shift.
What you'll do
- Design, architect, develop, deploy, and maintain internal software platforms, web applications, and AI-powered products
- Use AI as a core development tool — LLMs, AI coding assistants, and autonomous agents — to prototype and ship business applications
- Design and build AI-native applications, agents, intelligent workflows, RAG, and semantic search
- Integrate services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms and evaluate outputs for accuracy and cost
- Deploy and operate applications on modern cloud platforms with CI/CD and production support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong backend development experience and practical frontend development capability
- Experience building REST APIs, integrations, and database-driven systems
- Willing to complete a live assessment and work with Zoom camera on during the 8-hour Sydney-timezone shift
