Recruitment Coordinator
About the role
Pearl Talent places exceptional operators from the Philippines and Latin America into roles at growing companies across the US and Europe. We run a lean, fast-moving TA team, and our recruiters and sourcers are focused on one thing: finding great talent. That only works if the operational layer underneath it is airtight. That's where this role comes in. As Recruitment Coordinator, you're the connective tissue for the TA team. You keep our boards accurate, our data clean, our follow-ups closed, and our process documented, so recruiters can spend their time recruiting instead of chasing logistics.
What you'll do
- Track action items across the TA team, own follow-ups, and flag potential delays early
- Keep project boards in Notion and other tools accurate and up to date
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Data, CS, and Sales to gather updates and context
- Turn scattered inputs into clear, usable answers, knowing where to find information quickly
- Maintain data hygiene in Workable and reporting workbooks, catching inconsistencies before they affect reporting
- Build and maintain SOPs and process docs to replace tribal knowledge with repeatable systems
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and data/ops partners to keep the team aligned and unblocked
Requirements
- Experience working at a fast-paced startup.
- 1+ years in a coordination, operations, or project management role.
- Recruiting or TA experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is a track record of owning follow-through in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment (agency ops, EA/chief-of-staff work, program coordination, client ops).
- High attention to detail with the ability to communicate the big picture to stakeholders.
- Proactive and autonomous.
