
Remote Account Executive for Promotional Products & Corporate Swag
About the role
Day-to-day, the Account Executive owns the full sales cycle — converting inbound leads, re-engaging past customers, managing a large book of business, and proactively pitching creative product solutions. Success means higher conversion rates, reactivated dormant accounts, and expanded account value through consistent upselling and cross-selling.
What you'll do
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hard goods, retail, or physical/SKU-based product sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas, with quantifiable results on CV (conversion rate, revenue, deals closed)
- Full-cycle sales ownership including warm-lead conversion, account reactivation, upselling, and cross-selling
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business with consistent multi-channel follow-up across calls and email
- Proficiency in HubSpot for activity logging, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Hands-on quoting, pricing, and order management within SKU-based catalogs or ordering systems
- C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing sales communication with US-based customers
