About the role

Risewave Consulting is hiring an AI Engineer in Mandaluyong to deploy agentic AI for service onboarding, operational toil reduction, and agentic operations.

What you'll do

• Deploy agentic AI for documentation discovery, runbook navigation, and knowledge synthesis
• Analyze service onboarding to remove bottlenecks and manual steps
• Identify operational toil and turn it into an automation backlog
• Validate agentic use cases across detection, triage, investigation, and remediation

Requirements

• Experience building or deploying agentic AI or automation in operations
• Ability to map workflows and prioritize automation opportunities
• Based in Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines
