About the role

Short List Speakers, a directory organizers use to find speakers, needs a remote assistant who runs Claude step by step on speaker reviews and customer email. The role is open to people outside the United States and Canada, starts at about 10 hours a week, and can grow to 20.

What you'll do

• Run Claude through the speaker review process one step at a time: profiles, references, and speaking opportunities.
• Check each output against the source, fix what is off, and flag what needs the founder.
• Answer customer service email from speakers and event organizers, using Claude drafts as a starting point and rewriting them so they sound like a person.
• Reply to comments and messages on LinkedIn and other social channels in the brand voice.
• Keep the HubSpot CRM accurate.
• Notice where a process is clunky and suggest a better way.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Use Claude most days, including multi-step instructions and Projects, and check its work because it can be confidently wrong.
• Detail-oriented: wrong dates, mismatched names, and missing references should stand out.
• Open to applicants outside the United States and Canada. Starts at about 10 hours a week and can grow to 20.
