About the role

The company needs a Claude assistant that answers new WhatsApp enquiries on Saturdays only, then hands the chat to the team.

What you'll do

• Build a Saturday-only WhatsApp assistant on respond.io.
• Use Make or n8n to fetch conversation history and call the Claude API.
• Send the reply or an internal comment, then tag the chat and assign a team member.
• Add message batching, error handling, and a draft, live, or off switch.

Requirements

• Proven experience with respond.io plus Make or n8n.
• Experience calling the Anthropic Claude API.
• The bot runs only during Saturday, Singapore time.
