Data Science / Applied AI/ML Manager

About the role

Hybrid BGC manager who designs and ships commercial AI/ML — acquisition, churn, personalization — and leads other data scientists.

What you'll do

• Design and develop AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions
• Build predictive models for customer acquisition, upsell, retention, and churn
• Develop segmentation, propensity, recommendation, and personalization solutions
• Take models from exploration and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring
• Provide technical direction to Data Scientists / AI/ML professionals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics
• Can go beyond building models and help turn AI into practical, scalable business solutions
• Work closely with business and technology teams
