About the role

Berry Virtual is hiring an AI Director in the Philippines (remote) to shape and execute AI strategy across corporate functions.

What you'll do

• Shape and execute AI strategy: build a comprehensive roadmap for AI adoption across corporate functions, aligned to business goals.
• Lead AI readiness efforts — data governance, tool selection, security, and business case development.
• Set the direction for how Berry Virtual uses AI across the organization.
• Partner with functional leaders to land AI programs.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in AI strategy or AI transformation.
• Remote, Philippines-based.
• Ability to build business cases and governance for AI adoption.
• Strong written English.
