Speech AI Evaluation Specialist - Tagalog (Philippines)
About the role
RWS TrainAI is hiring native Tagalog speakers in the Philippines to evaluate AI-generated speech and conversational AI responses. The role involves participating in short voice conversations with AI models, rating responses for relevance and quality, and providing feedback to help improve AI safety and accuracy. Fully remote and part-time (10+ hours/week) at $8 USD/hour.
What you'll do
- Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated evaluation platform
- Follow provided scenarios and prompts during AI interaction sessions
- Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality
- Provide objective ratings and written feedback according to project guidelines
- Work flexibly on your own schedule — 10+ hours/week minimum from anywhere in the Philippines
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Tagalog (required)
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency (B2–C2)
- Experience with AI/data tasks (machine learning, data annotation, quality assurance) is preferred but not required
- Reliable internet connection and compatible device
